Compliance
All of our commercial diving equipment is designed and manufactured to meet the requirements of AS2299.1 and IMCA guidelines. Our equipment is serviced in house by our trained and certified technicians, with quality and assurance verification. Our equipment is maintained according to manufacturers guidelines and records are maintained in our preventative maintenance systems.

PORTABLE DIVE CONTROL CONTAINER (Trailer mounted)
Our custom built portable dive control container has a built in 2 diver SSBA dive spread suitable for air diving to 30m. The system is fully compliant with AS2299.1 and IMCA guidelines. The dive control container is insulated and air conditioned, and features 2 diver / 3 supply air diving panel, diver communications, and HD video system with black box recording. The container has built in HP gas storage suitable for typical dive works, and a breathing air compressor is available where required for increased diving durations.
The container is fitted with 2 x 100m umbilicals (2 x 200m umbilicals optional), and Kirby Morgan helmets and band masks.
The dive control container light weight and is mounted on a 2000kg twin axel trailer to enable mobilisation at short notice to any location. The container has lifting points to enable the unit to be mounted on vessels or other vehicles as required.

20' CONTAINERISED DIVE SYSTEM with DDC
Our 20' containerised dive control container has a built in 3 diver SSBA dive spread and 60" Twin Lock Deck Decompression Chamber (DDC) suitable for air diving to 50m. The system is fully compliant with AS2299.1 and IMCA guidelines. The dive control container is insulated and air conditioned, and features 3 diver / 5 supply air diving panel, diver communications, and HD video system with black box recording. The DDC is a 60" Advanced Marine twin lock chamber with built in breathing system (BIBS) for oxygen therapy.
The container is fitted with 2 x 100m umbilicals (2 x 200m or 3 x 100m umbilicals optional), and Kirby Morgan helmets and band masks.

FLY-AWAY DIVE SPREAD
Our custom built fly away dive spread has a pelican case mounted 2 diver SSBA dive spread suitable for air diving to 30m. The system is fully compliant with AS2299.1. The dive spread may be transported and set up in any location to enable ultimate flexibility. Standard features include 2 diver / 2 supply air diving panel, diver communications, and HD video system with black box recording. The fly away spread comes complete with HP gas storage suitable for typical dive works, and a breathing air compressor is available where required for increased diving durations.

DEDICATED POTABLE WATER EQUIPMENT
Smart Subsea holds a set of dedicated potable water diving equipment to compliment mobile dive systems. The dedicated potable water equipment includes all "soft" items which are typically difficult to disinfect due to their absorbent nature. Dedicated Potable equipment includes:-

The equipment is stored in sealed "Nelly Mega Bins" when not in use. The equipment is disinfected before and after every use. The equipment is conspicuously marked with high visibility tags to prevent use in non potable environment.
SCUBA EQUIPMENT
Smart Subsea holds a range of SCUBA equipment for use as appropriate. SCUBA diving techniques are used only where SSBA diving is not suitable, and must be supported by a comprehensive risk assessment prior to use. Changes in the environment can adversely effect the safe use of SCUBA techniques.
